摘  要:以刨花板施胶工艺过程为研究对象,确立了被控对象的二阶系统模型,针对系统的模型不确定性以及外加干扰问题设计了自抗扰控制器(ADRC);利用非线性函数fal()设计了三阶扩张状态观测器,能够对系统的总扰动进行快速、实时的估计;针对自抗扰控制整定参数较多的问题,引入自适应的方法调整惯性权值,对ADRC中的6个参数进行寻优整定,提出了一种自适应粒子群算法的自抗扰控制器优化设计方法,提高了参数整定的工作效率。仿真试验表明:优化后的自抗扰控制策略,能够使施胶系统的流量输出基本不受控制对象参数改变和外加干扰的影响,有效抑制外部扰动对施胶系统流量控制精度的干扰,具有比PID控制器更好的控制性能。A second-order system model of the controlled object was established with the glue dosing of particleboard as the research object,and the active disturbance rejection controller(ADRC)was designed for the model uncertainty of the system and the problem of applied disturbances.A third-order extended state observer was designed using the nonlinear function fal(),which is capable of fast and real-time estimation of the total disturbance of the system.For the problem of a large number of parameters for the ADRC rectification,an adaptive method was introduced to adjust the inertia weights.The six parameters in ADRC were optimally adjusted,and an adaptive particle swarm algorithm was proposed for the optimal design of this controller,which improves the efficiency of parameter adjustment.Simulation experiments show that the optimized ADRC can make the flow output of the glue dosing system basically unaffected by the change of control object parameters and external disturbances,effectively suppress the disturbance of external disturbances on the flow control accuracy of the glue dosing system,and has better control performance than the PID controller.
