摘　　要：乳腺癌现在已成为全球第一大癌症,但是预后好、生存期长。乳腺外科医生的宗旨不再是简单的局部肿瘤控制,更重要的是提高患者的生活质量。随着保乳手术率的提高,并与整形外科合作的加强,肿瘤整形保乳手术成为近年来的热点。而对于肿瘤范围广、不适合保乳的患者,乳房重建也是重要的手段。该文就乳腺肿瘤整形保乳术的发展及方法的选择、联合假体植入的乳房重建的方法及注意事项做一述评。Breast cancer is now the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the world.With the precise treatment of breast cancer,these patients'lifespan is now significantly longer than a few decades ago.The purpose of breast surgeons is no longer simple local tumor control,but more importantly,to improve the quality of life of patients.With the increasing rate of breast conserving surgery and the strengthening of cooperation with plastic surgery,oncoplastic breast conservation has become a hot spot in recent years.For patients with large tumors that are not suitable for breast conservation,breast reconstruction is also an important method.This article will do a review of hot aspects in the development and methods selection of oncoplastic breast conservation,and in the methods and precautions of breast reconstruction combined with implants.
