摘　　要：乳腺癌的发病率和死亡率在逐年增加,且越来越趋于年轻化态势。体内的胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)对细胞的增殖、凋亡发挥着重要的调控作用;而大量人群资料和临床基础试验也均表明,IGF系统不仅对机体的正常生长发育起着重要的调控作用,在肿瘤的发生发展中也扮演着重要角色。该文将从IGF系统概况、IGF系统与乳腺癌等几个方面深入研究IGF的功能、相关影响因素及其调控的信号通路,为乳腺癌的治疗提供新方向和新靶点。The incidence and mortality of breast cancer are increasing year by year,which has the trend of becoming younger and younger.Growth factor(IGF)plays an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis.A large number of population data and clinical basic trials have also shown that IGF system not only plays asignificantregulatory role in the normal growth and development of the body,but also a vital role in the occurrence and development of tumors.The related influencing factors and regulated signaling pathwayof IGF will be introduced in this article through the overview of IGF system and breast cancer,which provides the reference for the treatment of breast cancer.
