摘 要:用甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(G04)、纳米ZnO、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为主要反应原料,采用半连续种子乳液聚合法制备了纳米ZnO/有机氟聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液,并将其应用于皮革涂饰上。使用FTIR和TG对复合乳液进行了表征分析,并对其应用性能进行了测试。结果表明,改性纳米ZnO成功复合到了乳液当中。有机氟单体最佳用量为20%(占总单体质量分数)。用复合乳液涂饰后坯革的撕裂强力增加了14.32 N,抗张强力增加了58 N,且坯革的耐寒性能和耐磨损性能均有改善。涂饰后坯革对水的接触角达133.85°,其疏水性能得到明显提高。坯革涂层对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈为9 mm,对黑曲霉菌也有一定的抑菌作用。Dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate(G04),nano-ZnO,butyl acrylate(BA)and methyl methacrylate(MMA)were used as main raw materials to prepare nano-ZnO/organic fluorine polyacrylate composite emulsion by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization method,which was used for leather finishing agent.Characterization analysis was performed using FTIR and TG,and the application performance of composite emulsion was tested.The results showed that the modified nano-ZnO was successfully compounded into the emulsion.The optimal dosage of fluorine monomer was 20%(accounting for the total monomer mass fraction).The tearing strength of the leather coated with composite emulsion had increased by 14.32 N,and the tensile strength had increased by 58 N.The cold-resistant and abrasion-resistant properties of the coated leather had been enhanced.The contact angle to water of the leather coated could be up to 133.85°,and the hydrophobic performance of the coated leather was significantly improved.In addition,the composite emulsion had a bacteriostatic circle of 9 mm against Escherichia coli,and had certain bacteriostatic performance against Aspergillus niger.
