摘  要:线上面试因具备远程、零接触的特点,符合当下疫情防控要求,在人事考试工作中发挥着重要而独特的作用。目前,乌鲁木齐地区的各类考试机构分别采用了几种不同的线上面试模式,各有优缺点,也都取得了不错的效果。长期来看,随着社会、科技的发展,线上面试前景广阔,将会成为招聘面试的主流方式。Online interview plays an important role in personnel examination because it has the characteristics of remote and non-contact and it meets the requirements of epidemic prevention and control at present.The paper holds that various examination institutions in Urumqi have adopted several different online interview modes at present with advantages and disadvantages each and have achieved good results.In the long run,online interview has a broad prospect and will become the mainstream of recruitment interview with the development of society and technology.
