摘　　要：目的分析强化宣教在宫颈癌前病变患者高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)早期筛查中的应用效果及对患者依从性的影响。方法选取2018年7月-2020年3月在浙江省台州医院接受HPV早期筛查的宫颈癌前病变患者86例,按随机数字表分为对照组和研究组,每组43例。对照组实施常规宣教,研究组实施强化宣教。比较两组患者依从性、宫颈癌认知得分、满意度。结果研究组患者依从率、宫颈癌认知得分、总满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在宫颈癌前病变患者高危型HPV早期筛查中,强化宣教可以有效改善患者依从性,提高筛查效果。Objective To analyze the application effect of intensive propaganda and education in early screening of high-risk human papillomavirus( HPV) in patients with cervical precancerous lesion and the influence on compliance. Methods A total of 86 patients with cervical precancerous lesion who received early screening of high-risk HPV in Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province from July 2018 to March2020 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table,43 patients in each group. The patients in control group were given routine propaganda and education,the patients in study group were given intensive propaganda and education. The compliance rates,cognitive scores of cervical cancer,and satisfaction degrees in the two groups were compared. Results The compliance rate,cognitive score of cervical cancer,and satisfaction degree in study group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group( P<0. 05). Conclusion In early screening of high-risk HPV in patients with cervical precancerous lesion,intensive propaganda and education can effectively improve compliance and screening effect.
