摘　　要：目的分析胃间质瘤中半乳凝素9(Gal-9)的表达与其临床病理资料的关系。方法采用Western blot法(42例)和免疫组化法(23例)检测胃间质瘤组织、瘤旁组织和正常组织中Gal-9的表达,并分析Gal-9的表达与临床病理资料的关系。结果免疫组化检测显示,胃间质瘤组织中Gal-9的表达高于瘤旁和正常组织(56.5%vs.26.1%和13.0%)(P<0.05)。Western blot检测显示,胃间质瘤组织中Gal-9蛋白的相对表达量高于瘤旁和正常组织(1.03±0.18 vs.0.83±0.09和0.62±0.07)(P<0.05)。临床病理资料分析提示,极低+低危险度的胃间质瘤中Gal-9表达高于中+高危险度的(P<0.05)。胃间质瘤中Gal-9的表达肿瘤直径≤5 cm高于肿瘤直径>5 cm(P<0.05)。Gal-9的蛋白表达与CD117、核分裂像和基因突变密切相关(P<0.05)。结论胃间质瘤组织中Gal-9的表达高于瘤旁和正常组织。胃间质瘤中Gal-9蛋白的表达与胃间质瘤的发生、发展有关,Gal-9有可能作为评估胃间质瘤患者预后的指标之一。Objective To analyze the relationship between galectin-9(Gal-9) expression in gastric stromal tumor and its clinicopathological data.Methods The expressions of Gal-9 in gastric stromal tumor tissues, tumor-adjacent tissues and normal tissues were detected by Western blot(42 cases) and immunohistochemistry(23 cases).The relationship between Gal-9 expression and clinicopathological data was analyzed.Results Immunohistochemical detection showed that the expression of Gal-9 in gastric stromal tumor tissues was higher than that in tumor-adjacent and normal tissues(56.5% vs.26.1% and 13.0%)(P<0.05).Western blot showed that the relative expression of Gal-9 protein in gastric stromal tumor tissues was higher than that in tumor-adjacent and normal tissues(1.03±0.18 vs.0.83±0.09 and 0.62±0.07)(P<0.05).The expression of Gal-9 in gastric stromal tumors with very low + low risk was higher than that with medium + high risk(P<0.05).The expression of Gal-9 in gastric stromal tumors with tumor diameter ≤5 cm was higher than that with tumor diameter > 5 cm(P<0.05).The expression of Gal-9 protein was correlated with CD117,mitosis and gene mutation(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Gal-9 in gastric stromal tumor tissues is higher than that in tumor-adjacent and normal tissues.The expression of Gal-9 protein in gastric stromal tumor is related to the occurrence and development of gastric stromal tumors.Gal-9 can be used as one of the indicators to evaluate the prognosis of the patients with gastric stromal tumor.
