摘 要:形状记忆聚合物(SMP,Shape Memory Ploymer)具有良好的力学性能,但是弹性模量较低,形状恢复力较小。为了克服这一缺点,可以在SMP基体中添加纤维、颗粒及碳纳米管等增强填料制备复合材料,这样可以提高其力学性能。文章介绍了复合材料的制备方法,论述了以聚氨酯为基体,纤维、碳纳米管为增强填料,制备的复合材料的力学性能及生物安全性,以便今后对复合材料的其他力学性能进行研究,并探究将这种复合材料应用到口腔正畸的可行性。The Shape Memory Polymer(SMP)has good mechanical properties,but the elastic modulus of this material is relatively low,and the shape recovery force is relatively small.In order to overcome the shortcoming,the composites can be prepared by adding fiber,particles or carbon nanotubes into the SMP matrix,which can improve the mechanical properties of the composites.In this paper,the preparation methods of composite materials is introduced.The mechanical properties and biological safety of the composites prepared with SMP as matrix,fiber and carbon nanotube as reinforcing filler are discussed,so as to study the other mechanical properties of the composites in the future,and to explore the feasibility of applying the composite materials to orthodontics.
