摘　　要：菰系多年水生草类植物,属禾本科稻亚科稻族菰属。从菰的起源进化、生物学特性、营养成分、保健作用等方面概述了菰的最新研究进展,并展望了菰未来的研究利用。Zizania latifolia is a perennial aquatic herb,belonging to the genus Zizania(Poaceae).The latest research progress of Zizania latifolia was summarized from the aspects of origin and evolution,biological characteristics,nutritional components and health care,and the future research and utilization of Zizania latifolia were prospected.
