摘　　要：我国啦啦操赛事的组织运行主要表现为政府主办与社会主办多维的整体结构,存在多维赛事衔接机制不明晰、组织主体责权利关系模糊、参与主体不均衡以及市场运作不稳定等诸多的现实问题。啦啦操赛事需要形成衔接有序的整体架构,组织主体形成政社依赖与政社合作相结合的组织机制,参与主体形成在校学生与社会人员相促进的拓展方式,市场运作形成经验借鉴与合作服务相互动的新型模式,力争在结构协调、主体协同、市场合作等方面形成合力。The organization and operation of Cheerleading events in China is characterized by the multi-dimensional overall structure of government and non-governmental organizations.There are some practical problems, such as the unclear connection mechanism of multi-dimensional events, the vague relationship between the responsibilities and rights of the organization subject, the imbalance of the participants, and the unstable market operation.Cheerleading events need to form a cohesive and orderly overall structure, the main body of organization should form an organizational mechanism combining the dependence of government and society with the cooperation of government and society, the main body of participation should form a way of expansion promoted by students and social personnel, and the market operation should form a new mode of interaction between experience reference and cooperative service, so as to form a joint force in the aspects of structural coordination, main body coordination and market cooperation.
