摘 要:为实现固体废物废塑料和废旧无纺布的资源化利用,以生活中产生的废塑料与废旧无纺布为材料,制备多面空心球与无纺布条,在此基础上制备ZH0和ZH1填料,使用这2种填料形成2种生物膜反应器,并用于模拟生活污水处理。结果表明,ZH1填料的生物膜反应器对污水中污染物的去除效果更好,对COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TP的平均去除率为92.45%、85.58%、59.83%。多面空心球和无纺布改性后,表面羰基(C=O)和羟基(-OH)等亲水性基团数量增加,接触角明显降低,亲水性增强,这有利于填料表面微生物生长和挂膜;改性填料表面生物膜的脱氢酶活性明显高于未改性填料,与实验结果一致。为固体废物的处理处置提出了新的思路。In order to realize the resource utilization of solid waste, waste plastics and waste non-woven fabrics, preparation of multi-faceted hollow balls and non-woven strips in the waste plastics and waste non-woven fabrics, on this basis, ZH0 and ZH1 fillers were prepared, using these two fillers to make two kinds of biofilm reactors. The two biofilm reactors were used for simulated wastewater treatment. The results showed that the biofilm reactor containing ZH1 fillers had better removal effect on organic pollutants from wastewater with the average removal rate of COD, NH_(4)^(+)-N and TP of 92.45%, 85.58%, and 59.83% respectively. After the modification of the polygonal hollow spheres and the non-woven fabric, the number of hydrophilic groups such as carbonyl(C=O) and hydroxyl(-OH) on the surface increased, the contact angle significantly reduced, and the hydrophilicity enhanced, which was beneficial to microbial growth and film hanging on the surface of the filler. The dehydrogenase activity on the surface of the modified filler of the biofilm was significantly higher than that of the unmodified filler, which was consistent with the test results. The research proposed new ideas for the treatment and disposal of solid waste.
