摘 要:通过对2019—2020年阿迪达斯全国青少年校园足球联赛男子大学超级联赛24强队伍中330名高水平足球运动员进行问卷调查,发现高校高水平运动员学习训练满意度由五个维度组成,且不同年龄段、不同运动级别、不同运动年限、不同地区高水平足球运动员在学习训练满意度方面均存在不同的差异。根据以上结果,提出四点建议:合理调控运动队训练安排,加强比赛待遇;加强足球师资执教能力建设,提高其教学水平;引导运动员合理自评,从而提高运动员自我学习满意度;加强训练条件安排,提高运动员专项能力。Through a questionnaire survey of 330 high-level football players in the top 24 teams in College Super Men Leagues of the Adidas National Youth Campus Football League from 2019 to 2020,the study found that the learning and training satisfaction of high-level athletes in colleges and universities consists of 5 dimensions;and different age groups,different sports levels,different sports years,and high-level players from different regions have demonstrated differences in learning and training satisfaction.Based on the above results,four suggestions are put forward:reasonably regulating the training arrangements of sports teams and strengthening the treatment of competitions;strengthening the construction of teachers′coaching ability and improving their teaching level;guiding athletes to make reasonable self-evaluation to improve their self-learning satisfaction;and strengthening the arrangement of training conditions to improve the athletes′special ability.
