摘 要:针对多边形FPSO没有风标效应的问题,提出该类型FPSO货物传输的两点外输方案,通过动力定位(DP)油船、Hiload卸载方式及常规油船外输方式比较,确定采用常规油船方案,针对双外输点可提高作业窗口、首侧推可增加作业灵活性、首部接油可缩短软管长度和作业风险、尾部拖船可确保作业安全距离的分析论证,以及两点外输与传统外输对比、常规油船与动力定位(DP)油船对比,确定采用常规油船两点外输在外输设备配置和外输作业风险方面的综合优势,对外输环境条件、环境方向、拖船角度等不同组合下大缆张力,以及水池实验模拟分析的结果表明,大缆张力和偏移角可控,两点外输方案可行。For the problem that the polygonal FPSO has no weather wane,a two-point offloading plan for the FPSO’s cargo transfer was proposed.Through the comparison and analysis of dynamic positioning shuttle tanker,Hiload method and conventional tanker method,the conventional tanker was selected.With regard to the analysis of two-point offloading increasing the operating window,bow thruster increasing the operating flexibility,bow loading shortening the hose length and the operation risk,and stern tug ensuring the safety distance of the operation,as well as the comparison between two-point offloading and conventional offloading,and the comparison between conventional tanker and dynamic positioning(DP)tanker,the comprehensive advantages of using conventional tankers and two-point offloading in terms of the configuration of offloading equipment and the risk of offloading operations were determined.The cable tension under different combinations of external environmental conditions,environmental directions,and tug angles,and the simulation analysis of the offloading experiment showed that the tension and offset angle of the cable are controllable for offloading in the south China sea.
