激光联合雷珠单抗治疗增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨激光联合雷珠单抗治疗增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法选取2018年11月~2019年11月梅州市中医医院收治的110例增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(55例)与研究组(55例)。对照组给予激光治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予雷珠单抗治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、治疗前后视网膜厚度的变化。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为96.4%,高于对照组的81.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的视网膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后30、90 d,两组的视网膜厚度小于治疗前,且研究组的视网膜厚度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用激光联合雷珠单抗治疗增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变的效果显著,可有效改善患者视力水平,降低视网膜厚度,稳定视网膜血管,促进患者生存质量提升,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laser combined with Ranibizumab in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 110 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy admitted to Meizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the control group(55 cases)and the research group(55 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given laser treatment,and the research group was given Ranibizumab treatment on the basis of the control group.The effect of treatment and the changes of retinal thickness before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.4%,which was higher than that of the control group(81.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in retinal thickness between two groups(P>0.05).On day 30 and 90 after treatment,the retinal thickness of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the retinal thickness of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laser combined with Ranibizumab in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy has significant effects,which can effectively improve patients′visual acuity,reduce retinal thickness,stabilize retinal blood vessels,and promote the improvement of patients′quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
