摘  要:电机外置式电辅助增压器几乎不改变传统涡轮增压器结构,具有电动化改造简单、电机热负荷小等优点,是电辅助增压的重要技术路线之一。针对电机外置式电辅助增压器,开展了基于加速性能的高速永磁电机与涡轮增压器匹配方法研究,设计了超越离合器结构以实现高速电机与涡轮增压器之间的连接与断开,建立了电辅助增压器转子轴承系统动力学模型并进行了转动稳定性分析,完成了电机外置式电辅助增压器的集成设计与样机试制。基于电辅助增压器样机开展了加速响应性研究,试验结果表明,在电机辅助下增压器加速响应时间缩短25.9%。The electrically-assisted turbocharger with external motor can be realized with little change on the structure of traditional turbocharger.It has the advantages of simple electric transformation and small thermal load of motor,which is one of the important technical routes of electrically-assisted supercharging.The matching method of high-speed permanent magnetic motor and turbocharger was proposed based on the acceleration performance target.An overrunning clutch was then designed to connect and disconnect the high-speed motor and turbocharger.A dynamics model of rotor-bearing system for electrically-assisted turbocharger was built and the analysis of rotor stability was carried out.The integration of electrically-assisted turbocharger was conducted and a prototype was produced.The study of acceleration response for electrically-assisted turbocharger were further carried out.The experimental results showed that turbocharger response time reduced by 25.9%.
