摘 要:文章首先结合雷达收发系统的总体架构和主要电性能指标,对接收链路和发射链路方案进行了总体论证和指标分配,详细计算了接收链路的噪声系数、增益及动态范围指标,论述了发射链路宽带、低杂散及低相噪的设计方法。其次介绍了基于3D-SiP模块的系统小型化关键技术:垂直互联、器件小型化和标准化封装。最后对集成后的宽带一体化收发系统主要电性能进行了测试,结果满足系统的指标要求,大大减少了系统体积和互联线束。To begin with,combined with the overall architecture and main electrical performance of the radar transceiver sys⁃tem,the overall demonstration and index allocation of the receiving link and transmitting link schemes are carried out.The noise fig⁃ure(NF),gain and dynamic range indicators of the receiving link are calculated in detail,and the design methods of transmission link bandwidth,low spurious and low phase noise techniques are also discussed.Secondly,the key techniques of the system minia⁃turization based on 3D-SiP module are introduced,which contains vertical interconnection,device miniaturization and standard⁃ized packaging.Finally,the broadband integrated transceiver system is tested and the results indicates that the requirements for the electrical performance of the system are met,and the system volume,as well as the interconnection of wire harnesses are also great⁃ly reduced.
