摘　　要：目的探究金纳多注射液对老年脑梗死患者血液黏度的影响。方法选取2017年7月至2019年9月本院收治的老年脑梗死患者81例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组(n=41)与对照组(n=40)。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合金纳多注射液治疗。比较两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、血液黏度指标(全血高切黏度、全血中切黏度、全血低切黏度及血浆黏度)及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组全血高切黏度、全血中切黏度、全血低切黏度及血浆黏度均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论金纳多注射液利于改善老年脑梗死患者的神经功能损伤,降低血液黏度,且用药安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of Jinando injection on blood viscosity in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 81 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group(n=41)and control group(n=40)according to random number table.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with Jinando injection on the basis of the control group.The national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores,blood viscosity indexes(whole blood high-cut viscosity,whole blood mid-cut viscosity,whole blood low-cut viscosity,and plasma viscosity)before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood cut viscosity,whole blood low cut viscosity and plasma viscosity of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);during the treatment period,there was not significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Jinando injection is effective in improving the neurological impairment in elderly patients with cerebral infarction,and can reduce blood viscosity,high safety,it is worthy of clinical application.
