摘  要:目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍儿童(attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)血清维生素及微量元素营养水平。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月本院收治的ADHD患儿40例作为观察组,另选取同期健康体检儿童60名作为对照组,测定并比较两组血清维生素A、D、E及微量元素锌、铁、钙、镁、铜、铅水平,应用多因素Logistic回归分析ADHD和微量元素及维生素的相关性。结果观察组血清维生素A、D水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组维生素E水平比较差异无统计学意义。观察组铅水平高于对照组,钙、铜、锌元素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组铁和镁水平比较差异无统计学意义。Logistic回归分析显示,维生素A、D和微量元素钙、锌、铅均为ADHD的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论ADHD患儿存在维生素A、D及血清钙、锌相对缺乏,铅相对升高的状况。临床综合治疗支持中需加强对ADHD患儿钙、锌及维生素A、D的补充,并观察有无铅过量情况。Objective To investigate the serum vitamin and trace element nutrition levels in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods 40 children with ADHD admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the observation group,and60 children with healthy physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum vitamin A,D,E and trace amounts between the two groups were measured and compared.Elemental zinc,iron,calcium,magnesium,copper,lead levels,multi-factor Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between ADHD and trace elements and vitamins.Results The levels of blood vitamin A and D in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of vitamin E between the two groups.The lead level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of calcium,copper,and zinc were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of iron and magnesium between the two groups.Logistic regression analysis showed that vitamin A,D and trace elements calcium,zinc,and lead are all relevant factors of ADHD(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with ADHD are relatively deficient in vitamin A,D,serum calcium and zinc,and relatively high in blood lead.In the clinical comprehensive treatment support,it is necessary to strengthen the supplement of calcium,zinc and vitamin A and D in children with ADHD,and observe whether there is excessive lead.
