摘　　要：随着产业升级和经济结构调整,高等职业教育为我国经济社会发展提供了有力的人才和智力支撑,受到了社会的重视。而学生管理工作是高职教育中的重要环节,与学校的教学质量、就业创业等息息相关。该文主要围绕高职院校学生管理工作进行分析,同时就当前学生管理工作中存在的问题进行研究,并提出相应的解决方法。With the upgrading of industry and the adjustment of economic structure,higher vocational education has provided strong talent and intellectual support for the economic and social development of our country,and has been paid more attention by the society.Student management is an important link in higher vocational education,which is closely related to teaching quality,employment and entrepreneurship.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the analysis of student management in higher vocational colleges.At the same time,it also studies the current problems in student management and proposes corresponding solutions.
