摘  要:文中研究了次氯酸钠对水中氨氮和硝酸盐氮测定结果的影响机理,并探究了相应的消除影响的方法。试验结果表明:随污水中次氯酸钠浓度的增加,氨氮测定值呈线性降低,主要是由于次氯酸钠与氨氮发生反应,降低了氨氮浓度;另一方面,次氯酸钠与纳氏试剂反应得到的产物增加了吸光度。投加硫代硫酸钠能消除次氯酸钠对氨氮测定结果产生的影响,且加标回收率为94.3%~105.3%。盐酸和氨基磺酸分别与次氯酸钠反应,生成的产物具有较大的吸光度,因此,次氯酸钠对硝酸盐氮的测定结果产生较大的影响。试验证实,采用曝气除氯法可消除次氯酸钠对硝酸盐氮测定结果的影响,且加标回收率为98.9%~100.9%,满足要求。Mechanism of influence of sodium hypochlorite on determination of ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen was investigated,and a method to eliminate the disturbance was proposed.Results showed that ammonia nitrogen decreased linearly with the increase of sodium hypochlorite in the wastewater,which was mainly due to the consumption of ammonia nitrogen caused by chemical reaction between sodium hypochlorite and ammonia nitrogen.On the other hand,significant absorbance of reaction product of Nessler’s reagent and sodium hypochlorite also impacted the measurement results.Besides,the addition of sodium thiosulfate could eliminate the disturbance of sodium hypochlorite on determination of ammonia nitrogen,and standard recovery rate was 94.3%~105.3%.Since hydrochloric acid and sulfamic acid could react with sodium hypochlorite,respectively,and production had obvious light absorption,sodium hypochlorite had a significant disturbance on the determination of nitrate nitrogen.It was confirmed that aeration could eliminate the disturbance of sodium hypochlorite on the determination of nitrate nitrogen,and standard recovery rate was 98.9%~100.9%,which met the requirements of recovery rate.
