摘　　要：碳钢的腐蚀与防护问题是腐蚀科学领域一个重要的研究课题.山梨酸钾具有无毒、廉价、环保等优异特性.通过失重法、动电位极化技术和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)技术,研究了山梨酸钾对Q235钢在含NaCl冷却水中的缓蚀行为.动电位极化使用外推法求出腐蚀电流密度,电化学阻抗谱用带一个常相位原件的等效电路进行拟合,发现山梨酸钾的添加会引起电荷传递电阻和双电层电容等阻抗参数的变化.结果表明山梨酸钾对含3%NaCl冷却水中Q235钢具有良好的保护作用,缓蚀效率随山梨酸钾浓度的增加而增加.极化结果表明,山梨酸钾为阳极型缓蚀剂.The corrosion and protection of carbon steel is an important research topic in the field of corrosion science.Potassium sorbate(CH3CHCHCHCHCOOK)has excellent properties such as non-toxicity,cheap and environmentally chemicals.Inhibition behavior of potassium sorbate on corrosion of Q235 steel in cooling water has been studied by weight-loss,polarization measurements and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The potentiodynamic polarization is obtained by extrapolation to determine the corrosion current density,and the electrochemical impedance spectrum is fitted with an equivalent circuit with a constant phase original.It has been found that the addition of potassium sorbate caused changes in impedance parameters such as charge transfer resistance and electric double layer capacitance.The experimental results show that potassium sorbate can effectively inhibit the corrosion of Q235 steel,and the inhibition efficiency increases with the increasing concentration of potassium sorbate.Polarization results showed that potassium sorbate acts as a mixed-type of inhibitor.
