扩招背景下高职铁路院校实训教学改革发展研究--以湖南铁路科技职业技术学院为例

摘  要:以高职扩招背景下铁路院校实训教学为主要研究对象,分析了高职扩招和铁路行业市场多变发展带来的实训设备数量不足、实训教学课程资源建设滞后、学生培养目标更新缓慢以及实训教学模式单一等问题。提出内部资源整合、实训设备共享方案探索缓解设备数量不足的压力;加强校企合作、建立资源动态新机制和多元培养新方式改善实训教学资源建设滞后和培养目标更新缓慢的问;题;紧跟行业多样化发展,改革实训教学新形式,探索实训教学改革新模式,并以湖南铁路科技职业技术学院为例进行实践,为高职院校实训教学改革提供借鉴和参考。This article takes the practical teaching of railway academies under the background of the expansion of higher vocational education as the main research object.First,it analyzes the shortage of practical teaching equipment caused by the expansion of higher vocational recruitment and the volatile development of the railway industry market,slow update of practical teaching goals and single practical teaching mode.Then,it proposes to make internal resource integration and practical teaching equipment sharing programs to explore alleviating the pressure of insufficient equipment;to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,to establish new resource dynamic mechanisms and multiple practical teaching methods to improve the problems of lagging practical teaching resources and slow updating of practical leaching goals;and to follow up closely the diversified development of the industry,the reform of new forms of practical training and teaching,and the exploration of new models of practical training and teaching reforms.It takes Hunan Vocational College of Railway Technology as an example to illustrate the results.The effect is remarkable and it can provide reference for other vocational colleges and universities.
