摘　　要：近年来郁病临床就诊患者人数剧增,多数为伴有合并症后方来就诊。郁病发生与患者的心理状态及所处环境有错综复杂的关系,属于心身疾病之列。李庆和教授从事情志病的病因病机研究以及相关疾病的治疗三十余载,对郁病的认识和治疗有自己独到的见解。文章对李庆和教授运用肠道菌群干预类中药治疗郁病的临床经验进行阐述,以期为此类疾病的中医治疗提供新的思路。In recent years,the number of patients with depression has increased dramatically,most patients come to see a doctor only after complications,the occurrence of this disease has a complex relationship with the patient’s psychological state and environment,it belongs to the list of psychosomatic diseases.Professor LI Qinghe has been engaged in the etiology and pathogenesis research of emotional diseases and the treatment of diseases for more than 30 years,and has his own unique views on the understanding and treatment of depressive diseases.This paper expounds Professor LI Qinghe’s experience that he can intervene the intestinal flora of patients with traditional Chinese medicine to achieve the effect of treatment of diseases,in order to provide new ideas for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of such diseases.
