摘 要:肝癌的发生、发展是一个复杂的过程,目前认为肿瘤是由于基因组发生遗传改变而引起的疾病。大多数肿瘤涉及多个基因,其中发挥着至关重要的是癌基因和抑癌基因相互协调。有文献报道:在人体肝癌细胞中普遍存在miRNA的异常表达,miRNA是一类广泛存在体内的微小RNA(microRNA),其可以调节基因转录后的表达,它们充当着"癌基因"或"抑癌基因"的角色。肝癌细胞中miRNA的异常表达可能在肝癌的转移及预后监测中发挥着重要作用。现就miRNA在肝癌(HCC)转移和预后方面的研究进展作一综述。The occurrence and development of HCC is a complex process.At present,tumor is considered to be a disease caused by genetic changes in the genome.Most tumors involve multiple genes,among which the coordination of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes plays a crucial role.MiRNAs,as a sorts of non-coding tiny RNAs which is found to be involved in the gene expression,can play a role in cell growth.MiRNA expression signatures were correlated with bio-pathological and clinical features of HCC.The article reviewed aberrant expression of miRNAs in HCC,and its role in hepatocelleuar cancer cell growth,invasion,extravasation and metastatic colonization.
