柳州地区少数民族缺血性脑卒中合并T2DM患者的颅内外动脉狭窄状况研究

摘　　要：目的探讨柳州地区少数民族缺血性脑卒中(CAT)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的颅内外动脉狭窄状况。方法以我院2013年2月至2018年6月260例广西柳州地区少数民族CAT患者为研究对象,根据患者是否合并T2DM分为NT2DM组(130例)和T2DM组(130例);另根据患者民族不同两组各分为侗族亚组、苗族亚组、瑶族亚组、壮族亚组;分别采用数字减影血管造影(DSA)评估两组患者脑部血管狭窄程度、病变分布、病变范围及病变程度。结果T2DM组患者血管狭窄发生率、病变范围及病变程度明显高于NT2DM组(P<0.05),而4个民族亚组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论CAT合并T2DM患者颅内动脉狭窄范围、病变程度更加严重。Objective To investigate the status of intracranial and extracranial artery stenosis in patients with ischemic stroke(CAT)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in minority regions in Liuzhou area.Methods From February 2013 to June 2018,260 cases of CAT patients of ethnic minorities in Liuzhou area of Guangxi Province were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into T2DM group(130 cases)and T2DM group(130 cases)according to whether the patients were complicated with T2DM or not;in addition,the two groups were divided into Dong,Miao,Yao and Zhuang according to the different nationalities of the patients;digital subtraction angiography(DSA)was used to evaluate the brain function of the two groups the degree of stenosis,the distribution of lesions,the extent and degree of lesions.Results The incidence,extent and degree of vascular stenosis in T2DM group were significantly higher than those in NT2DM group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference among the four ethnic subgroups(P>0.05).Conclusion The extent and severity of intracranial artery stenosis are more serious in CAT patients with T2DM.
