腹腔镜下剥除卵巢良性畸胎瘤的临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜下剥除卵巢良性畸胎瘤的临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法将2018年12月至2019年12月本院收治的84例卵巢良性畸胎瘤患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组42例。对照组患者接受常规开腹手术,观察组患者接受腹腔镜下卵巢良性畸胎瘤剥除术,比较两种手术方式的临床疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。结果两组患者手术总有效率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后排气时间及术后住院时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后24 h、72 h CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症总发生数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下剥除卵巢良性畸胎瘤效果满意,对患者免疫功能影响小,可促进患者术后恢复,降低并发症发生率。Objective To analysis the clinical effect of laparoscopic removal of ovarian benign teratoma and its influence on immune function.Methods Eighty-four patients with ovarian benign teratomas admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group underwent conventional open surgery,and patients in the observation group underwent laparoscopic ovarian benign teratoma resection.The clinical effects of the two surgical methods and their influence on the immune function of the patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was similar,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);the blood loss,operation time,postoperative exhaust time and postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)indexes at 24 hours and 72 hours after operation of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total number of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic removal of ovarian benign teratomas has a satisfactory effect and has little effect to the patient’s immune function,can promote postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of complications.
