87例糖尿病患者口腔颌面部感染病原菌分析

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病患者口腔颌面部多间隙感染病原菌分布及耐药性。方法选取糖尿病患者口腔颌面部多间隙感染87例。采集脓液标本于培养液中培养,进行药敏试验。结果87例糖尿病口腔颌面部多间隙感染共分离出病原菌122株;以需氧-厌氧混合菌感染为主,占71.26%。厌氧菌对硝基咪唑类抗菌药物均敏感,致病性需氧及兼性厌氧菌对头孢曲松及亚胺培南较为敏感。结论糖尿病口腔颌面部多间隙感染以厌氧菌和需氧菌混合感染为主,治疗用药更应该结合药敏试验进行。Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in diabetic patients with oral and maxillofacial infections.Methods A total of 87 diabetic patients with oral and maxillofacial infection.The pus specimens were collected and injected into the culture tube of blister,and the drug susceptibility testing was performed.Results A total of 122 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 87 cases of diabetic patients with oral and maxillofacial infections,of which 71.26%were aerobic-anaerobic mixed bacteria.Anaerobic bacteria are sensitive to nitromiconazole antibiotic.Pathogenic aerobes and facultative anaerobes are more sensitive to ceftriaxone and imipene.Conclusion The aerobic-anaerobic mixed bacterial infection of the diabetic patients with oral and maxillofacial infection is most common.It is necessary to take effective measures based on the result of drug susceptibility testing.
