哈尔滨市某高校教师和机关人员体检及血脂异常情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解某高校教师和机关人员近年体检率及最近一年血脂异常情况,为采取相应的预防措施提供依据。方法使用调查法分析2015—2018年某高校教师与机关人员体检率变化情况,分析2018年参加体检的1249名教师和254名机关人员血脂异常的发病率及血脂异常类型。通过访谈对资料进行编码和归类。结果每年均有20%~30%的职工(教师和机关人员)不能参加体检,机关人员体检率显著低于教师(χ^(2)=18.231,P<0.01)。血脂异常的发病率接近40%,机关人员高于教师(χ^(2)=22.542,P<0.01)。发病率随年龄的增加而增加,不同年龄的发病率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.277,P<0.01)。血脂异常类型以高胆固醇血症为主。结论教师、机关人员的体检及血脂情况不容乐观,应积极采取有针对性的预防措施,提高其体检意识。Objective To investigate the physical examination rate over the years and the dyslipidemia condition in the last year of a university’s faculties and administration staff so as to provide evidence and guidance to corresponding pre⁃cautions.Methods The paper applied the survey method to analyze the change of the physical examination rate from 2015 to 2018,and incidence rate and type of dyslipidemia among 1249 faculties and 254 administration staff attending the physical checkup.The data were coded and categorized by interviews.Results 20%~30%people(i.e.faculties and administration staff)cannot attend physical examination.The physical examination rate of administration staff is evidently lower than that of the faculties(χ^(2)=18.231,P<0.01).In terms of dyslipidemia,its incidence rate is close to 40%;and the rate for administration staff is higher than for faculties(χ2=22.542,P<0.01).The rate increases with age,which presents statistical significance(χ^(2)=13.277,P<0.01).Hypercholesterolemia is typical of dyslipidemia.Conclusion The physical examination and dyslipidemia conditions of people especially the administration staff are not good;therefore,it is necessary to take targeted precaution,and improve physical consciousness.
