摘  要:研究了萘系高效减水剂(BNS)复配柠檬酸(CA)以及聚羧酸高效减水剂(PCE)复配β-环糊精(β-CD)对硫铝酸盐水泥(CSA)性能的影响,通过流动度、凝结时间和力学性能测试确定了最佳复配方案,并通过化学结合水、XRD以及SEM分析研究其对CSA水化程度和水化产物的影响。结果表明:2种复配方案均能延长CSA的凝结时间,增大CSA的流动度。最佳方案为掺入0.25%PCE复配0.2%β-CD,此时CSA的28 d抗折和抗压强度分别达25.8、108.4 MPa;PCE复配β-CD对CSA的水化有一定的抑制作用,水化产物种类没有发生改变,掺入β-CD使浆体结构更加紧密,CSA的早期强度提高。The effects of naphthalene superplasticizer(BNS)combined with citric acid(CA)and polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE)combined withβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD)on the performance of sulphoaluminate cement(CSA)were studied.The optimal combination scheme was determined by fluidity,setting time and mechanical property tests,and the influence of the optimal combination scheme on the hydration degree and hydration products of CSA was further studied by chemical water,XRD and SEM tests.The results showed that both schemes could prolong the setting time of CSA and improve the fluidity of CSA.The optimal combination scheme was 0.25%PCE combined with 0.2%β-CD,and the flexural and compressive strength of CSA at 28 d reached 25.8 MPa and 108.4Mpa respectively.PCE combined withβ-CD could inhibit the hydration of CSA to a certain degree,and the type of hydration products did not change.The addition ofβ-CD made the slurry structure more compact and improved the early strength of CSA.
