摘 要:以沥青针入度、延度及软化点试验确定复合纳米TiO_(2)/CaCO_(3)的最优掺量为5%,并以此掺量制备纳米改性沥青混合料;分别在20、35、50℃条件下对沥青混合料进行单轴压缩蠕变试验,试验结果采用Arrhenius函数、Burgers及其修正模型从能量学、力学角度进行分析。结果表明:掺入5%复合纳米TiO_(2)/CaCO_(3)时,沥青混合料的稳态蠕变速率在20、35、50℃时分别降低了26%、35%、53%,蠕变激活能提高了约20%,沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能显著提高;掺入复合纳米TiO_(2)/CaCO_(3)改变了沥青混合料的黏弹性,温度升高到50℃时,纳米改性沥青混合料的η1显著高于基质沥青混合料,而2种沥青混合料的E1趋于相同,同时E1和η1与温度呈指数函数关系。According to the tests of asphalt penetration,ductility and softening point,the optimal content of composite nano-TiO_(2)/CaCO_(3) is determined to be 5%,and nano-modified asphalt mixture is prepared.The uniaxial compression creep test is performed on the asphalt mixture under the conditions of 20,35,and 50℃,and the test results are analyzed from the perspective of energetics and mechanics using Arrhenius function,Burgers and its modified model.The results show that when 5%composite nano-TiO_(2)/CaCO_(3) is added,the steady-state creep rate of the asphalt mixture decreases by 26%,35%,and 53%at 20,35,and 50℃,respectively,and the variable creep activation energy is increased by about 20%,the high-temperature rutting resistance of the asphalt mixture is significantly improved.The mixing of nano-TiO_(2)/CaCO_(3) changes the viscoelasticity of the asphalt mixture.When the temperature rises to 50℃,theη1 of the nano-modified asphalt mixture is significantly higher than that of the matrix asphalt mixture,the E1 of the two asphalt mixtures tends to be the same,and at the same time,E1 andη1 have a power function relationship with temperature.
