皮肤上皮样血管瘤样结节一例

摘　　要：50岁女性患者,右前臂结节3年。右前臂可见一约花生米大黑色结节,无压痛。皮损组织病理示:表皮变薄,两端皮突下延呈衣领状包绕肿瘤团块,瘤体由分化成熟的小血管和上皮样细胞组成,细胞大,泡状核,胞质丰富、嗜伊红。部分细胞胞质内可见空腔,腔内可见红细胞。免疫组化染色示:CD31(+)。诊断:皮肤上皮样血管瘤样结节。手术完整切除结节后随访至今,无复发。A 50-year-old woman presented with a 3-year history of a nodule on the right forearm.A black nodule about peanut size was seen in the right forearm without tenderness.Histopathologic examination showed that the epidermis became thinner,and the bilateral rete ridges extended downward wrapping the tumor masses in a collar-shaped manner.The tumor masses were composed of small mature vessels and epithelioid cells,which were large in volume with vesicular nuclei and abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm.Intracytoplasmic vacuoles were found in some the cells with erythrocytes in the vacuoles.Immunohistochemical staining showed CD31(+).Diagnosis:cutaneous epithelioid hemangioma like nodule.No recurrence was found in the follow-up after complete surgical resection.
