摘　　要：在对养殖户用药行为内在逻辑分析的基础上,理论分析食品可追溯体系如何通过信息传递机制和政策情境机制对养殖户用药行为产生规制作用。利用养猪场(户)的调查数据,采用Multivariate Probit模型对养猪场(户)的多种用药行为的关联效应进行实证研究,并使用Ordered Logit模型对回归结果进行稳健性检验。研究结果表明:养猪场(户)的兽药过量使用、停药期执行和禁用药使用等行为存在关联效应;食品可追溯体系确实能够通过信息传递机制和政策情境机制对养猪场(户)的用药行为产生优化提升的作用,但目前政策情境机制发挥的作用更大,并且对养猪场(户)用药行为的影响具有异质性;养猪场(户)的个人特征、家庭经营特征、外部环境和用药认知等也会对其用药行为产生影响。据此提出相应的政策建议。Based on the internal logic analysis of drug use behavior of farmers,this paper theoretically analyzes how food traceability system can regulate drug use behavior of farmers through information transmission mechanism and policy situation mechanism.Then,using the survey data of pig farm households,the Multivariate Probit Model is used to empirically study the correlation effect of multiple drug use behaviors of pig farm households.The results show that:there are related effects in the behaviors of pig farm households,such as overuse of veterinary drugs,implementation of drug withdrawal period and use of banned drugs;food traceability system can indeed optimize and improve the drug use behavior of pig farm households through information transmission mechanism and policy situation mechanism,but at present,the role of policy situation mechanism is greater,and it has an impact on the drug use behavior of pig farm households.The individual characteristics,family management characteristics,external environment and drug use cognition of pig farm households also affect their drug use behavior.Accordingly,the corresponding policy implications are put forward.
