摘 要:支承运转件(顶枢、底枢、蘑菇头等)是船闸闸门的重要组成部分,也是闸门系统的典型薄弱部位,频繁的闸门启闭及水流紊动等情况会令支承运转件出现磨损、卡阻等运行故障,由于部分支承运转件处于水下隐蔽位置,通过现有直接检测方法难以评估其受力特性及磨损程度,研究闸门及支承运转件敏感区的应力关系对支承运转件的运行安全具有重要意义。为此,文章依托某实际船闸工程项目,建立船闸闸门及其支承运转件的整体有限元模型,基于数值模拟仿真分析方法,研究了在不同水位、不同闸门开度等工况下船闸闸门及其支承运转件的应力响应规律,确定了门叶和支承运转件的应力敏感区域,定量分析了船闸闸门与支承运转件敏感区的应力响应关系,实现了通过闸门受力情况来初步判别其支承运转件受荷特征的目的,从而间接评测闸门支承运转件的运行故障。研究成果可为运行状态下船闸闸门的智能监测、安全预警等提供技术支撑。The supporting operating parts(top,bottom pivots,mushroom head)are the important parts of the lock gate and the typical weak parts of the gate system.Frequent gate crane and flow turbulence,and so on and so forth will appear to support moving parts wear,jam,such as running fault,due to the partial support moving parts in the underwater concealed position,through the existing direct detection method is difficult to evaluate the mechanical properties and wear degree,the gate and the stress of the bearing running a sensitive area relationship is of great significance for supporting the safe operation of the moving parts.Therefore,in this paper,based on an actual ship lock project,establish a lock gate and its supporting the whole finite element model of the moving parts,based on the numerical simulation analysis method,the opening of the gate is studied in different water level,different working conditions such as lock gate and its bearing law of the stress response of the moving parts,determine the door leaf and supporting stress sensitive area of the moving parts,lock gate are analyzed quantitatively and supporting the relationship between the stress response of running a sensitive area,realize the preliminary judging by gate stress distribution to the purpose of supporting the load characteristics of the moving parts,thus indirectly evaluating gate bearing malfunction of the moving parts.The research results can provide technical support for the intelligent monitoring and safety warning of the lock gate in operation state.
