摘　　要：工程活动的主体是工程共同体,工程伦理目标的实现要以工程共同体的整体伦理为前提。工程共同体的整体伦理要求工程共同体所有成员在工程实践过程中都能够具有较强的道德敏感性和伦理责任意识,并且通过彼此间的对话与协商能够达成伦理共识,促使工程共同体所有成员的道德实践形成一种道德的合力。交往共同体的先在性、共同体视域融合的可能性和集体意向性的现实性使工程共同体的整体伦理成为可能。The main body of engineering activities is the engineering community.Engineering ethics goal should be realized on the basis of the overall ethics of engineering community.The overall ethics of engineering community requires all members of engineering community to possess strong moral sensitivity and sense of ethical responsibility in engineering practice,and therefore an ethical consensus can be achieved through dialogues and consultation between them to promote the moral practice of all members of engineering community and form moral synergy.The pre-existence of communicative community,the possibility of integration of community horizon and the reality of collective intentionality make the overall ethics of engineering community possible.
