摘　　要：目的:探讨白细胞介素34(IL-34)在肝癌组织中的差异表达及其临床意义。方法:选取2017年8月至2019年12月肝癌患者54例,肝良性肿瘤患者21例,采集患者手术切除的肝癌组织、相应癌旁组织以及良性肿瘤组织标本。用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测患者血清中IL-34表达水平,聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测组织中IL-34 mRNA的表达水平,免疫印迹技术(Western Blot)检测IL-34蛋白的表达。结果:肝癌患者血清中IL-34表达水平显著高于良性肿瘤患者(P<0.05)。PCR检测结果显示,肝癌组织中IL-34 mRNA的表达显著高于良性肿瘤组织和癌旁组织(P<0.01)。Western Blot结果显示,肝癌组织中IL-34蛋白的表达水平显著高于良性肿瘤组织和癌旁组织(P<0.05)。结论:IL-34在肝癌组织中高表达,可为临床肝癌诊断及治疗提供新参考。Objective:To investigate the differential expression and clinical significance of IL-34 in tissue of liver cancer.Methods:From August 2017 to December 2019,54 patients with liver cancer and 21 patients with benign liver tumor were selected.The specimens of liver cancer tissue,corresponding adjacent tissue and benign tumor tissue were collected.The expression level of IL-34 was detected by ELISA,PCR and Western Bolt respectively.Results:The expression level of IL-34 in serum of patients with liver cancer was significantly higher than that benign tumor tissue(P<0.05).The PCR results showed that the expression of IL-34 mRNA in tissue of liver cancer was significantly higher than that in benign tumor and paracancerous tissues(P<0.05).The results of Western Blot showed that the expression level of IL-34 protein in tissue of liver cancer was significantly higher than that in benign tumor and paracancerous tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion:IL-34 is highly expressed in liver cancer and this study provides a new reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer.
