摘　　要：目的分析改良眼轮匝肌缩短术治疗退行性下睑内翻伴眼睑松弛的效果。方法选取我院2019年8月~2020年12月期间接收的退行性下睑内翻伴眼睑松弛患者98例作为研究对象,依据治疗方案不同分为改良组与常规组,各49例。改良组行改良眼轮匝肌缩短术治疗,常规组行常规眼轮匝肌缩短术治疗,统计对比两组临床疗效、外观满意度、并发症状况以及术前、术后3个月眼部症状积分[眼表疾病指数量表(OSDI)]。结果改良组总有效率为95.92%,高于常规组83.67%(P<0.05);术后3个月改良组异物感、刺激感、流泪、畏光积分少于常规组(P<0.05);改良组外观满意度97.96%高于常规组73.47%(P<0.05);改良组并发症发生率2.04%少于常规组16.33%(P<0.05)。结论改良眼轮匝肌缩短术治疗退行性下睑内翻伴眼睑松弛患者效果明显,可提高外观满意度,减轻畏光、刺激感、流泪、异物感症状,减少并发症发生。Objective To analyze the effect of modified orbicularis oculi shortening in the treatment of degenerative entropion of lower eyelid with blepharochalasis.Methods A total of 98 patients with degenerative entropion of lower eyelid with blepharochalasis received in our hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into modified group and conventional group,with 49 cases in each group.The modified group was treated with modified orbicularis oculi shortening,and the conventional group was treated with conventional orbicularis oculi shortening.The clinical curative effect,the degree of satisfactory appearance,the status of complications,and the scores of ocular symptoms[Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI)]before and 3 months after the operation were statistically compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the modified group was 95.92%,which was higher than 83.67%in the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of foreign body sensation,irritation,tearing and photophobia in the modified group were lower than those of the conventional group at 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The appearance satisfaction degree of the modified group was 97.96%higher than 73.47%in the conventional group(P<0.05).The complication rate of 2.04%in the modified group was lower than 16.33%in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified orbicularis oculi shortening is effective in treating patients with degenerative entropion of lower eyelid with blepharochalasi,which can improve the degree of satisfactory appearance,reduce the symptoms of photophobia,irritation,tearing,and foreign body sensation,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
