摘　　要：金属丝编制网试验筛主要用于各化验室、试验室、物品筛选、筛分以及级配等检验部门,用于对颗粒状、粉状物粒的粒度结构、液体类固体物含量及杂物量进行精确筛分、过滤和检测,广泛应用于食品、医药、造纸、玻璃、化工以及陶瓷等行业的科研生产、质检室和试验室。因此,依据金属丝编织网试验筛相关国家标准和校准规范中的技术要求与相应的试验方法,利用自动影像测量仪,采取非接触测量方法,结合日常工作经验,主要介绍金属丝编织网试验筛在校准过程中筛网清洗、最大网孔尺寸测量、平均尺寸测量以及介于网孔最大尺寸和中间尺寸的网孔数测量测量时的注意事项。The wire mesh test screen is mainly used for the accurate screening,filtration and detection of the particle size structure,liquid solid content and the amount of impurities of the granular and powdery materials by the laboratory,article screening,screening,grading and other inspection departments.It is widely used in the scientific research and production,quality inspection room,chemical industry,ceramics and other industries test room.According to the technical requirements and corresponding test methods in the relevant national standards and calibration specifications of wire woven test screen,this paper mainly introduces the screen cleaning,the measurement of the maximum mesh size and the measurement of the maximum mesh size in the calibration process of wire woven test screen The average size measurement and the mesh number measurement between the maximum size and the middle size of the mesh should be paid attention to.
