技术类无形资产协议转让试点对国企科研人员的激励效应分析

摘　　要：在深化科技体制改革的背景下,各种科研人员激励政策陆续出台。技术类无形资产协议转让作为科技改革中的创新试点工作,对企业科技成果转化、科研人员创新有显著的促进作用。通过对技术类无形资产协议转让试点企业A的试点方案介绍,从激励范围、激励作用、激励周期、激励成果等方面分析了试点工作的效应,并提出优化建议。In the context of deepening the reform of the scientific and technological system,various incentive policies for scientific research personnel have been introduced one after another.The agreement transfer of technological intangible assets,as an innovation pilot work in scientific and technological reform,has a significant role in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of enterprises and the innovation of scientific research personnel.Through introduces of the pilot scheme of the pilot enterprice A for technical intangible asset agreement transfer,the effects of the pilot work in terms of incentive scope,incentive function,incentive cycle and incentive results are analyzed and optimization suggestions are proposed.
