摘　　要：深部“良性”纤维组织细胞瘤是一种罕见的纤维组织细胞肿瘤,好发于四肢,本文报道1例。患者,女,56岁,左前臂无痛性皮下肿物4年,组织病理示境界清楚的单发性圆形皮下肿物,约1.8 cm×1.3 cm×0.6 cm,周围有纤维性假包膜,肿瘤细胞丰富,呈梭形或类圆形,编织状致密排列,细胞无明显异型性。免疫组化:CD34(+),αSMA(部分+),Desmin(-),Stat6(-),KP-1(-),Ki-67(2%+)。诊断:深部良性纤维组织细胞瘤。治疗:手术完整切除肿瘤。随访16个月未见复发。Deep“benign”fibrous histiocytoma(DBFH)is a rare benign fibrous tumour which most commonly arise in subcutaneous tissue.We report a 56-year-old female who presented with a painless nodule on her left arm for 4 years.Histopathology examination showed a solitary oval and well-defined borders subcutaneous tumour with fibrous pseudocapsule.The dimensions of tumour were about 1.8 cm×1.3 cm×0.6 cm,composed of bland ovoid to spindle cells arranged in a storiform pattern and with no atypia.Immunohistochemistry demonstrated CD34 positive,αSMA partially positive,and non-expression for Desmin,Stat6 and KP-1.Ki-67 presented a level of proliferation index of about 2%.The diagnosis of DBFH was made and the nodule was completely excised with no recurrence for 16 months.
