摘 要:针对安家岭露天煤矿采剥工作面逐渐靠近东部境界,日常爆破作业给矿界周边的民用建筑及工业建筑造成了振动危害;通过布置7组爆破振动监测网点,采用TC-4850爆破测振仪和CBSD-VM-M01型网络测振仪对日常爆破产生的振幅和振动速度进行了实测;对实测结果进行回归分析得出爆破系数K和震波衰减系数α在x、y、z方向的值分别是146.09、1.91、139.41和1.78、128.30、1.84。计算结果表明:土窑洞不搬迁时正常爆破作业时的最小安全距离为451 m,土窑洞搬迁时最小安全距离为165 m;因此土窑洞对露天煤矿日常爆破作业的最小安全距离影响较大,应尽早进行搬迁工作。As the mining and stripping face of Anjialing Open-pit Coal Mine is gradually approaching the eastern boundary,the daily blasting operation may cause vibration damage to the civil buildings and industrial buildings around the mining boundary.Through the arrangement of 7 groups of blasting vibration monitoring sites,we use TC-4850 blasting vibration meter and the CBSD-VM-M01 network vibration meter to measure the amplitude and vibration speed of daily blasting.Through regression analysis of the measured results,the values of blasting coefficient K and seismic wave attenuation coefficientαin x,y,z directions are 146.09,1.91,139.41 and 1.78,128.30,1.84,respectively.The minimum safety distance is 451 m during normal blasting operations when the earth cave is not relocated.The results show that the minimum safety distance is 165 m when the earth cave is relocated;the earth cave has a great influence on the minimum safety distance of daily blasting operations in open-pit coal mines.
