摘　　要：2020年11月27日,研究生教育学专业委员会2020年度会议暨第四届全国研究生教育学学科建设理论与实践高端论坛在哈尔滨召开。本次论坛围绕“研究生教育的学科建设与治理体系构建、研究生教育培养模式改革与质量评价、研究生教育与经济社会发展”三个主题展开讨论。与会专家通过扎实的研究与实践,回应了政府、学校、社会对于在纵深改革过程中产生的诸多疑问,提出了进一步深化改革、提升人才培养质量的重要举措。未来,要把立德树人作为根本任务,结合实际加强规律研究,逐步调整学科专业结构,探索构建高质量人才培养模式,健全质量保障体系,完善组织机制和治理方式,为国家经济社会发展提供有力支撑,以早日实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。On November 27,2020,the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Postgraduate Pedagogy Professional Committee and the 4th National High-level Forum on the Theory and Practice for Postgraduate Pedagogy Discipline Construction were jointly held in Harbin.The forum focused on three topics of"discipline and governance system constructions for postgraduate education,reform and quality evaluation of the postgraduate education training mode,and postgraduate education and economic and social development".With solid research outcomes and practice experience,participating experts and specialists responded to many questions raised by government agencies,schools,and those from different social sectors during the in-depth reform process,and suggested some measures to further deepen the reform and improve the quality of student training.This paper proposes that in the future,we must adhere to the fundamental task of cultivating students by virtue,strengthen the study of the law of education in line with the actual situation,gradually adjust the structure of disciplines,explore and improve the training mode of high-quality personnel,improve the quality assurance system construction,the organizational mechanism and governance methods,so as to provide strong support to the national economy development and social progress for an early realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
