摘　　要：随着退役复学大学生不断增加,其复学后的校园适应与融入状况引起了人们的关注。基于人际关系适应理论视角考察上海市Q区某本科院校退役复学大学生的人际关系适应状况,通过分析退役复学大学生的不同认知策略及其对人际交往走向的影响,展示其在人际关系适应方面的互动机制。由于身份认同、群际隔阂等现实因素的影响,退役复学大学生群体在校园人际关系适应方面呈现出浅层融入、深层区隔的非常态化特征,造成该群体未能真正实现校园人际关系的适应与融入。With the increasing number of retired college students returning to school,the situation of their campus adaptation and integration after returning to school has attracted people’s attention.From the perspective of interpersonal relationship adaptation theory,this study investigates the interpersonal relationship adaptation of retired college students from an undergraduate college in Q District of Shanghai.By analyzing the different cognitive strategies of retired college students and their influences on the interpersonal communication trend,this study demonstrates the interactive mechanism of retired college students in interpersonal relationship adaptation.Due to the influence of practical factors such as identity,inter-group estrangement and so on,the group of retired college students shows the abnormal characteristics of shallow integration and deep separation in the aspect of campus interpersonal relationship adaptation,which results in the group’s failure to truly realize the adaptation and integration of campus interpersonal relationship.
