STRAP表达水平变化与乳腺肿瘤病理学分期的关系分析

摘　　要：目的探讨丝氨酸-苏氨酸激酶受体相关蛋白(STRAP)在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法选取2018-01—2020-03在我院治疗的乳腺癌患者100例,同时选取乳腺良性病变60例作为对照,采用免疫组化染色法检测乳腺癌和乳腺良性病变组织STRAP表达情况,分析STRAP表达与患者临床病理的关系。结果乳腺癌STRAP阳性率为82.00%,明显高于乳腺良性病变(P<0.05);肿瘤直径≥5 cm、TNM分期Ⅲ期、有淋巴结转移STRAP阳性率分别为94.64%、92.86%和94.34%,明显高于肿瘤直径<5 cm、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05);STRAP表达与患者年龄、体质量指数、组织类型、分化程度无明显关系(P>0.05);雌激素受体(ER)阳性表达患者SRTAP阳性表达率为61.36%,明显低于ER阴性表达患者(P<0.05);表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)阳性表达患者SRTAP阳性表达率为100%,明显高于HER-2阴性表达患者(P<0.05);STRAP表达与孕激素受体(PR)、Ki-67和p53表达无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌STRAP表达上调,与肿瘤直径、TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关,同时与ER、HER-2表达有关系。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of serine threonine kinase receptor associated protein(STRAP)in breast cancer.Methods A total of 100 cases of breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected,and 60 cases of benign breast lesions were selected as control;the expression of STRAP was detected by immunohistochemistry,the relationship between the expression of STRAP and clinicopathology was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of STRAP in breast cancer was 82.00%,which was significantly higher than that in benign breast lesions(P<0.05);the positive expression rates of STRAP in patients with tumor diameter≥5 cm,TNM stage Ⅲ and lymph node metastasis were 94.64%,92.86%and 94.34%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in tumor diameter<5 cm,stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);there was no significant correlation between the expression of STRAP and age,body mass index,tissue type and differentiation degree(P>0.05);the positive rate of STRAP in patients with estrogen receptor(ER)positive expression was 61.36%,which was significantly lower than that in patients with ER negative expression(P<0.05);the positive expression rate of STRAP in patients with positive expression of epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER-2)was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that in patients with negative expression of HER-2(P<0.05);there was no significant correlation between the expression of STRAP and progesterone receptor(PR),Ki-67 and p53(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of STRAP is up-regulated in breast cancer,which is related to tumor diameter,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis,as well as the expression of ER and HER-2.
