文旅融合背景下高职旅游教育人才培养革新探究

摘　　要：文化与旅游的产业融合为旅游业发展带来了新契机。高职旅游教育作为旅游行业人才输出的重要端口,必将面临新一轮的革新。通过对文旅融合背景下高职旅游教育进行人才培养革新的SWOT分析,提出相应的路径选择,以期为高职旅游教育的人才培养理念、方式、途径等提供借鉴,提升人才培养目标、路径、结果与文旅融合需求的匹配度,从而推动区域文旅行业的快速发展。The industrial integration of culture and tourism brings a new chance to the development of tourism.College tourism education,as an important entrance to talent output of tourism industry,is going to encounter a new round of innovation.By the SWOT analysis of the cultivation and innovation for talents of college tourism education in the background of cultural and tourist integration and putting forward relevant choices,it is aimed at providing references to the ideas,methods and ways of talent cultivation of college tourism education,and promoting the match between its goal,approach and result and the requirements of cultural and tourist integration to improve the rapid development of regional cultural and tourist industry.
