口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者围术期医护一体化模式护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化模式在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月—2018年9月于徐州市中心医院行皮瓣移植术的106例口腔癌患者作为常规组,选择2018年10月—2020年9月于徐州市中心医院行皮瓣移植术的168例口腔癌患者作为研究组。常规组采用围术期一般护理,研究组采用医护一体化模式开展围术期护理。比较2组患者术后情况、住院时间和费用、以及护理满意度。结果与常规组相比,研究组患者术后皮瓣坏死、肺部感染、深静脉血栓的发生率显著降低,住院时间缩短,住院费用减少,患者满意度提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化模式能提高医护人员在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者围术期并发症的防治意识,促进患者康复,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application of integrated health care model in patients with oral and maxillofacial malignancy.Methods A total of 106 oral cancer patients who underwent flap transplantation in Xuzhou Central Hospital from October 2016 to September 2018 were selected as a routine group.Meanwhile,168 oral cancer patients who underwent flap transplantation in Xuzhou Central Hospital from October 2018 to September 2020 were selected as a study group.The routine group received conventional nursing care,while the study group received integrated health care model.Both groups were compared for their postoperative condition,the length and expense of hospitalization stay and nursing care satisfaction.Results Compared with the routine group,the study group presented decreases in the incidences of flap necrosis,pulmonary infection and deep venous thrombosis as well as the length and expense of hospitalization stay,with improved nursing care satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusions The integrated health care mode can improve the awareness of medical staff towards perioperative complications in patients with oral and maxillofacial malignancy,promote patient rehabilitation,and improve patient satisfaction.
