湿润烧伤膏联合TDP灯照射治疗急性白血病化疗后肛周感染的疗效观察

摘  要:为观察急性白血病化疗后肛周感染采用湿润烧伤膏联合TDP灯照射治疗的效果,选取60例急性白血病化疗后肛周感染患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组在常规治疗基础上联合TDP灯照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合湿润烧伤膏局部外涂。观察两组临床疗效,疼痛和肛周肿胀程度。结果显示,观察组有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的76.7%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后第5天及第10天疼痛和肛周肿胀评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,湿润烧伤膏的应用有助于缓解患者疼痛、加速消肿,能提高急性白血病患者化疗后肛周感染的临床疗效,值得推广使用。In order to observe the effect of Shirunshaoshang Gao(shortly named as Gao)combined with TDP lamp irradiation on perianal infection of acute leukemia after chemotherapy,60 patients with perianal infection after chemotherapy of acute leukemia were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TDP lamp irradiation based on routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with local exterior coating Gao based on the control group,then observed the clinical efficacy,as well as patients’pain and perianal swelling of the two groups.As results,the effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was higher than76.7%of the control group(P<0.05).The pain and perianal swelling scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group on the 5 th and 10 th day after treatment(P<0.05).The results show that the application of Gao can help relieve the pain of patients,accelerate the reduction of wound swelling,and improve the clinical efficacy of perianal infection in patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
