联合抗VEGF药物的综合疗法治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效与安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨抗血管内皮生长因子药物联合综合疗法治疗新生血管性青光眼的效果和安全性。方法将2017年6月-2019年5月收治的60例新生血管性青光眼患者进行分析,将患者随机分成观察组和对照组,两组各30例。对照组采用常规眼压检测和单纯全视网膜激光光凝治疗,观察组患者则在采用抗血管内皮生长因子药物(VEGF)进行手术以及药物联合治疗后,再进行全视网膜激光光凝的治疗措施。对两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应进行对照。结果观察组患者治疗效果好于对照组,观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在新生血管性青光眼患者治疗中,采用抗血管内皮生长因子药物联合综合疗法,可以获得非常理想的治疗效果,安全性高。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor drugs combined with comprehensive therapy for neovascular glaucoma. Methods Sixty patients with neovascular glaucoma admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to May 1919 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in two groups. The control group was treated with conventional intraocular pressure(IOP) and pure retinal laser photocoagulation. The patients in the observation group were treated with anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) for surgery and drug combination therapy. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions In the treatment of neovascular glaucoma patients, anti-vascular endothelial growth factor drugs combined with comprehensive therapy can obtain very satisfactory therapeutic effect and high safety.
