摘 要:目的探究职业价值观对低年资护士工作投入的影响,明确心理资本的中介作用。方法选择某三甲医院2019年1月—2020年1月在职的低年资护士100名,借助一般资料量表、职业价值观量表、心理资本量表进行评价,并通过线性回归分析心理资本的中介作用。结果护士职业价值观评分为104.38±8.43分,心理资本评分为110.49±11.38分,工作投入评分为61.53±8.42分;护士的年龄、学历、工作年限、职称对心理资本、职业价值观、工作投入有影响(P<0.05);线性回归分析表明低年资护士职业价值观、心理资本、工作投入相互均为正相关关系(P<0.05)。经中介效应分析得到,心理资本在低年资护士职业价值观与工作投入中有部分中介作用(P<0.05),部分中介效应为0.136,占总效应(0.672)的20.23%。结论临床护理管理工作应注重向低年资护士输注正确的职业价值观,加强心理资本建设,以提高工作投入。Objective To explore the ef fect of professional values on the work engagement of junior nurses and clarify the mediating role of psychological capital was set as the subject.Methods A total of 100 low-age nurses who worked in a tertiary hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected for evaluation with the help of general data scale,occupational value scale,and psychological capital scale,and the mediating role of psychological capital was analyzed by linear regression.Results The nurse’s professional values score was 104.38±8.43 points,the psychological capital score was 110.49±11.38 points,and the work engagement score was 61.53±8.42 points.The nurse’s age,education background,years of working,and job title had an impact on psychological capital,professional values,and work engagement(P<0.05).Linear regression analysis showed that the professional values,psychological capital,and job input of junior nurses were all positively correlated with each other(P<0.05).According to the analysis of the mediation ef fect,psychological capital has a partial mediation ef fect in the professional values and work engagement of junior nurses(P<0.05),and the partial mediation ef fect is 0.136,accounting for 20.23%of the total ef fect(0.672).Conclusion The clinical nursing management work should focus on infusing low-age nurses with correct professional values and strengthening the construction of psychological capital to increase work engagement.
