拉克替醇散和复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅲ)在儿童结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用效果对比

摘　　要：目的比较拉克替醇散和复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅲ)在儿童结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月郑州大学第一附属医院消化内科拟接受静脉麻醉下结肠镜检查的104例患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表方法分为4组,每组26例。拉克替醇散A组术前1 d、术日分次服用拉克替醇散,拉克替醇散B组术日一次连续服用拉克替醇散,复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅲ)A组术前1 d、术日分次服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅲ),复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅲ)B组术日一次连续服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅲ)。通过波士顿肠道准备评价量表(BBPS)评估4组肠道清洁度,观察4组服药依从性、接受度、耐受度和不良反应发生情况。结果拉克替醇散A组、B组与复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅲ)A组、B组的肠道清洁度相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);拉克替醇散A组患儿服药依从性、耐受度及接受度高于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。拉克替醇散A组患儿不良反应发生率低于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童结肠镜检查前,使用拉克替醇散分次服用方法进行肠道准备,肠道清洁效果满意,患儿依从性好,接受程度高且不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the application effect of lactitol powder and polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder(Ⅲ)in bowel preparation for colonoscopy in children.Methods A total of 104 children proposed to undergo colonoscopy under intravenous anesthesia in the Department of Gastroenterology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2019 to June 2020 were divided into 4 groups by the randomized digital table method,and 26 cases in each group.Group A of lactitol powder was given lactitol powder at night before the day and in the morning on the day of colonoscopy,group B of lactitol powder was given lactitol powder continuously in the morning on the day of colonoscopy.Group A of polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder(Ⅲ)was given polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder(Ⅲ)at night before the day and in the morning on the day of colonoscopy,group B of polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder(Ⅲ)was given polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder continuously in the morning on the day of colonoscopy.The intestinal cleanliness,medication compliance,acceptance,tolerance and adverse reactions of the four groups were evaluated.Results There was no significant difference in intestinal cleanliness between these groups(P>0.05).The medication compliance,tolerance and acceptance of group A were higher than those of the other three groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was lower than the other three groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of split-dosage lactitol regimen in the bowel preparation in pediatric colonoscopy is satisfactory.It has better medication compliance,acceptance,tolerance,and it can reduce the incidence of adverse effect.The split-dosage lactitol regimen is worthy of clinical application.
