区域生态环境治理背景下青海湖流域人类福祉认知及综合评价

摘　　要：提高居民福祉对于生态脆弱区域的可持续发展至关重要,以青海湖流域为例,基于千年生态系统评估(MA)体系,探究2018年青海湖流域居民对人类福祉的认知,对比分析2011—2018年该流域人类福祉的变化。结果表明,2018年青海湖流域人类福祉综合分值为0.5318;生产资料满意度和生活条件是影响该流域人类福祉的主要因素;2018年人类福祉分值较2011年增长0.0778,人类福祉变化主要包括调查对象的社会经济特征、牧场情况、日常生活燃料、肉类蔬菜类满意度、水源来源、家庭关系满意度等方面。It’s particularly vital to improve the residents’well-being for the sustainable development of ecologically fragile areas.Taking the Qinghai Lake Basin as the research subject,based on the millennium ecosystem assessment(MA)system,this paper explored the residents’recognition of human well-being in the Qinghai Lake Basin in 2018,and comparatively analysed the changes of human well-being in the Qinghai Lake Basin during 2011-2018.The results showed that the comprehensive score of human well-being in the Qinghai Lake Basin in 2018 was 0.5318;satisfaction with production materials and living conditions were the main factors affecting human well-being in the basin.The score of human well-being in 2018 increased by 0.0778 compared to 2011.The changes of human well-being mainly included the socio-economic characteristics of respondents,pasture conditions,daily life fuel,meat and vegetable satisfaction,water source,family relationship satisfaction and so on.
